Visual boiler inspection is what BSI has been known for since 1991.
Our inspectors go inside the unit and look at every component of the boiler, top to bottom. They document what is actually there rather than what the last report said.
Mills use those findings to plan repairs, schedule outages, and decide where capital goes. A clear picture of condition is what makes all three decisions defensible.
What we do with the data
An outage produces data as well as findings.
DATO is what makes that data worth having. Before the outage we build the testing matrix, set the scope, put the testing budget where the risk sits, and develop turnkey RFQ packages a mill can send out as they are.
During the outage we are onsite with the numbers as they come in. We analyze results, check NDT contractor readings against the unit's history location by location, and flag what needs a second look before the boiler closes up.

We are third-party eyes working for the mill, not the contractor. Findings go in the report the way we found them, and nobody edits them to protect a schedule.

Nothing leaves here unreviewed. Every report is checked before it reaches the client.
